Women's Self-Defense Classes

Use techniques from Taekwondo and Jiu-Jitsu to learn self defense in a safe, friendly environment.

Women's self-defense classes are a fun and empowering way to stay active while learning practical techniques for personal safety. These classes combine fitness with skill-building, helping participants improve strength, agility, and confidence in a supportive environment. Not only do they teach valuable self-defense moves, but they also provide a great way to stay fit and boost overall well-being, all while having a blast with others who share the same goal of becoming stronger and more self-assured.

What to wear: comfortable athletic clothing (sweats, gym clothes, t-shirts). Classes are barefoot.

What to bring: water bottle
